Popcorn Multi-Packs
 Monkhill
Confectionery, part of the Cadbury's group, use a TUSCAN 1000
flow-wrapper to create multi-packs of its famous Butterkist Popcorn.
Although they initially rented the machine while their existing
flowrappers are modified
for robot feeding, they were so pleased with its performance and
versatility that they decided to purchase it along
with a
second TUSCAN 1000 for handling production peaks and hand loaded
promotional products.
Tomatoes - Packed, Labelled and Dated

Nurseries grow
tomatoes and needed a machine which could cope with varying and
unpredictable product dimensions. Single beef tomatoes to
trays of
small vine tomatoes all vary enormously from season to season and year
to year. A TUSCAN 1000 fitted with large jaws, fully adjustable fold
box and integrated labeller and date printer provided the flexibility
required.

changing fresh
bakery products are produced then immediately packed on

1000 flowrapper. The products are delivered by cold-box trailers pulled
by
specially adapted bicycles. The three-motor electronic flowrapper with
its 128 product memory and fully adjustable fold box gives Darwin's the

machine to pack their range of single and multiple garlic breads. The
TUSCAN is ideal for high speed runs of single garlic bread while the
TITAN is aimed at multiple stacked products. Both machines are actually
capable of packing most of their products, giving Evron the flexibility
to cater for their varied production requirements.
